Technical Support Agent
Job SUMMARY
The Technical Support Agent monitors and maintains the back end systems of our technical account, as well as resolve any technical issues raised by the clients and their partners.
Minimum Requirements
At least highschool or K-12 graduate
At least 1-year experience in customer service or in a technical support account

Essential Functions:
- Address customer and partner queries across multiple communication channels:
- Provide technical support, such as but not limited to the following:
- Remote troubleshooting
- Manual processing of orders and/or tickets
- Escalating advanced internet issues to account specialists
Competencies & Skills
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Sharp organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Should possess excellent listening skills
- Should be results-oriented, and maintain optimism towards work
