Outbound Support Agent
Job SUMMARY
Makes calls to customers and prospective customers to provide service and product information.
Minimum Requirements
At least highschool or K-12 graduate
At least 6-months experience in back office and/or administrative support

Essential Functions:
- Deepen customer relationships by providing exceptional, results-oriented customer service when handling all day-to-day customer inquiries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and customer advocate -- always focusing on improving customer satisfaction.
- Address general and account-specific client concerns.
- Direct customers to appropriate sources whenever it is necessary.
- Answer and make calls timely and make sure to provide exceptional service to customers.
Competencies & Skills
- Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proven customer support experience with a track record of over-achieving goals.
- Must be confident and results-driven
- Outbound support experience is a plus
- Flexible, and can get the tasks done with minimal supervision
- Active listening and problem solving skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
