At least 6-months experience in customer service

Essential Functions:
- Verify documents and customers.
- Ensure that the customer’s queries are quickly addressed either through call or email.
- Provide accurate information about the services to potential and existing customers without sounding rehearsed.
- Require follow-up calls or emails with customers
- Create, maintain, and update customers’ database with complete information and details.
