Back Office Agent
Job SUMMARY
The back office agent handles functions that are administrative and support in nature that enhances customer and client experience.
Minimum Requirements
At least highschool or K-12 graduate
At least 6-months experience in back office and/or administrative support

Essential Functions:
- Engage in data entry and processing via client's database
- Deal with data integration and uploading of leads into a database via client-provided platforms.
- Perform other clients’ required tasks such as editing, sorting, and reporting daily tasks.
- Manage online database.
- Make accurate, timely updates.
